Responsibilities
- Own roadmap prioritization, investment decisions, and product execution for your product portfolio.
- Collaborate on pricing, competitive positioning, and go-to-market strategy for the product portfolio.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, analytics, emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation and enhance customer value.
- Support strategic customer engagements, executive briefings, and key sales opportunities as a product expert and trusted advisor.
- Partner with Engineering to execute the product roadmap and deliver innovative features, platform capabilities, integrations, and a unified user experience.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to ensure products meet market needs, drive adoption, and support business growth.
- 10+ years of Product Management experience building and scaling enterprise B2B/B2B2C SaaS products, with a proven track record of delivering cloud-based products and services.
Requirements
- Required experience with Workforce Management (WFM), Human Capital Management (HCM), scheduling, time and attendance, labor optimization software
- BS/MS in Computer Science and Masters in related field or equivalent experience required
