Responsibilities
- Responsible for internal training of sales associates, furthering their knowledge and understanding of polymers, processing, and design.
- Manages successful resolution of customer complaints/issues.
- Minimum 5 years completing technical writing, customer support, research, and project management
- Unparalleled and highly specialized technical, processing, and design support
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required in Chemical Engineering, Plastics or Polymer Engineering, or related discipline
- Legal authorization to work in the specified country is required.
- Required Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

- Technical aptitude.
- Broad knowledge of solutions, materials and processing.
- Strong organizational skills required.
- Position will require up to 75% travel
