  • Candidates with strong experience in regulated or unregulated IBC architectures-including 800V-to-48V, ±400V-to-48V, and low-voltage high-current bus converters-will be highly valued.
  • This role is critical to expand our expertise in next-generation intermediate bus converter technologies and accelerate development of advanced AI and hyperscale data center power platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Define and optimize power architectures for:
  • Lead schematic development and guide high-density PCB layout with emphasis on:
  • Perform hands-on prototype validation, debugging, characterization, and failure analysis.
  • Collaborate with firmware, digital controls, magnetics, thermal, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to ensure robust product execution and production readiness.
  • Support existing product platforms through optimization, lifecycle management, and component alternate qualification.
  • Mentor junior engineers, lead technical reviews, and contribute to innovation initiatives and intellectual property development.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in power electronics hardware design
  • Strong experience with:

  • Deep knowledge of:
  • Experience with GaN and SiC power devices
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Familiarity with digital control loops, compensation techniques, and mixed-signal power systems
