- Candidates with strong experience in regulated or unregulated IBC architectures-including 800V-to-48V, ±400V-to-48V, and low-voltage high-current bus converters-will be highly valued.
- This role is critical to expand our expertise in next-generation intermediate bus converter technologies and accelerate development of advanced AI and hyperscale data center power platforms.
Responsibilities
- Define and optimize power architectures for:
- Lead schematic development and guide high-density PCB layout with emphasis on:
- Perform hands-on prototype validation, debugging, characterization, and failure analysis.
- Collaborate with firmware, digital controls, magnetics, thermal, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to ensure robust product execution and production readiness.
- Support existing product platforms through optimization, lifecycle management, and component alternate qualification.
- Mentor junior engineers, lead technical reviews, and contribute to innovation initiatives and intellectual property development.
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in power electronics hardware design
- Strong experience with:
- Experience designing:
- Deep knowledge of:
- Experience with GaN and SiC power devices
- Strong understanding of:
- Familiarity with digital control loops, compensation techniques, and mixed-signal power systems
- Hands-on lab expertise in:

- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field (M.S. preferred)
