Requirements
- You will apply your technical skills to address complex analytical challenges, continuously grow your expertise, and contribute to a culture of scientific rigor.
- Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field with 4+ years of relevant biopharma analytical experience, or M.S. with 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience in analytical method development (HPLC/UPLC, MS, CE, UV, etc.) across diverse antibody formats, with a willingness and aptitude to rapidly expand technical expertise.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset, with the ability to apply analytical skills to address complex project challenges.
- Experience engaging across teams and functions, influencing decisions through effective data-driven communication.
