About the role
- include assisting with student-athlete coaching and development, on-campus recruiting coordination, opponent scouting, and team travel logistics.
Responsibilities
- The Assistant Coach will maintain positive relationships with student-athletes, staff, and the university community, while ensuring strict compliance with all NCAA, Big Ten Conference, and institutional rules and regulations.
- The Assistant Coach of Women's Field Hockey will assist the Head Coach and Associate Coach with the daily operations, development, and support of a nationally competitive NCAA Division I Field Hockey program.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Knowledge of and commitment to compliance with all NCAA, Big Ten Conference, and university rules and regulations, as well as dedication to the full academic development of student-athletes.

Compensation
- $50,300 - $55,500
