About the role
- As part of our team, the Care Companion is responsible for sanitizing and cleaning patients' rooms, monitoring patients' health and vital signs as well as assisting patients with basic needs like feeding and grooming.
- Acts as liaison between patient and nurse to report changes or concerns.
- Provides high-level customer service to all patients, patient's family, visitors and all employees.
Responsibilities
- Provides support to the patient including, but not limited to, care and comfort, personal care and hygiene, toileting, and mobility.
- Creates a safe environment for patients.

Skills
- Possesses problem-solving skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Engage with staff and patients in a professional manner
- Ability to be proactive in a rapidly changing environment
Compensation
- $60k-$301k
