Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide compensation programs and initiatives aligned with business strategy and pay objectives.
- Conduct research and analysis of employee, market, and financial data to identify trends, provide insights, and support compensation decisions.
- Develop recommendations, presentations, and reports for senior leadership to guide compensation strategies.
- Monitor compensation program effectiveness and collaborate with HR and compensation teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in compensation, compensation program evaluation, or related HR analytical functions.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong research, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
Nice to have
- Experience working with HR technology platforms such as Workday is preferred.
- Experience with Power BI, workforce analytics, or data visualization tools is a plus.
- Background in HR consulting, operational environments, or organizational change initiatives is preferred.
