Responsibilities
- Maintains current project plans and specifications.
- Maintains calendar and schedules various meetings and appointments.
- General Administrative support for projects (filing, typing, copying, etc.)
- Maintains all records of project status, changes, material flow and other control records and supervises the preparation and processing of reports for internal and external use.
- Maintains current knowledge of Company and Company operations,
- Help effect change as needed to make for a pleasant working environment, improve customer relations, and create a more profitable company.
- Maintain a clean and orderly area.

Requirements
- Additional training or experience in customer service or computer-related skills is a requirement.
- This person must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, be familiar with standard business documentation to assist with reports, agendas and meeting notes.
- Must be proficient with {software, i.e.: MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Cloud Based Programs.
- 3-5 years of technical school or similar work experience.
- Employees are required to stand, walk, climb, sit and use hands and fingers.

- Ability to write simple correspondence and present information in one-on-one and small group situations

- Handling first level customer relations and communications, and basic planning.
- Additional tasks include preparing budgets, new project set up, and technical documentation.
- Position requires typing, answering phones, filing, word processing and database management.
