About the role
- This job provides individualized, direct nursing care of assigned patients under the direction of a registered nurse, mid-level provider or physician.
- Assists in data collection and implementation of the delivery of health care services, and assists other members of the healthcare team in providing the highest quality personalized patient care.

Responsibilities
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
- Ability to work with and maintain confidential information.
Requirements
- (1) when it requires walking or standing to a significant degree
- Required - Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
- Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Nice to have
- Experience in ambulatory care.

Compensation
- $20k-$50k
