About the role
- Reporting to the VP of Digital Transformation, this role is responsible for shaping the strategic direction of automation initiatives, ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact projects, and fostering a high-performing team culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a cross-functional team of developers, business analysts, project managers, and solutions architects to implement and scale automation initiatives using RPA and AI technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify automation opportunities that streamline business processes and reduce manual effort.
- Oversee the design and implementation of RPA and AI solutions that align with business objectives and drive measurable improvements in efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage the end-to-end automation project lifecycle, from identifying opportunities through to deployment and ongoing optimization.
- Drive team performance through effective leadership, ensuring the delivery of high-quality automation projects in a timely manner with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement KPIs and metrics to assess team performance, continuously improving processes and outcomes.
- Provide leadership in developing and nurturing talent, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
- Experience in developing and implementing KPIs, performance metrics, and ROI assessments for automation projects.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, developing team members and ensuring their success.

- Communicate effectively with senior executives and key stakeholders, presenting progress, challenges, and results with clarity and confidence.
- Maintain a strong understanding of emerging trends in automation, RPA, and AI, and explore new technologies and tools to enhance the organization's digital transformation efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, with a focus on automation technologies such as RPA and AI.
- Proven track record in leading automation projects, from concept through execution, with a strong understanding of business processes and how to automate them
- Familiarity with UIPath or similar RPA tools
- experience with Generative AI is a plus but not required.
- Strong leadership experience, including team management, program development, and performance improvement.
