About the role

  • We are looking for a Manager, Clien t De ve lopment who will be a brand ambassador and business leader focused on delivering extraordinary experiences for internal team and clients.
  • They will play a crucial role for driving the business, coaching, and managing a diverse team, and equipping the Boutique Director with critical business knowledge.
  • Provide initial and frequent ongoing training and development for all team members, including CHANEL savoir faire, product details and service delivery

Responsibilities

  • Through spending time on the selling floor, coach and always inspire team to deliver an elevated client experience for all clients
  • Foster a positive working environment and create a culture of feedback, encouraging diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork
  • Lead team with agility and resilience, continuously improving based on key performance indicators and lessons learned
  • Represent CHANEL in the market, developing the client base through community involvement, partnerships with local high-profile businesses, as well as social and seasonal events
  • Requires in-store presence to develop and coach teams, ensure boutique image and operational standards are upheld, and deliver elevated client service to drive business results

Requirements

  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively

Nice to have

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Ability to lift 15 lb.
  • Foreign language skills are preferred but not required

Compensation

  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 through $130,000.
  • Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position.
  • Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position.
