Deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and client results
In this role, you'll help redesign workflows, uncover root causes, and partner with product, engineering, and analytics teams to build and validate automation and AI‑driven solutions.
Identify upstream root causes that drive downstream rework, friction, and revenue leakage
Design future‑state workflows and operating models with measurable impact
Build and maintain domain‑specific knowledge graphs (inputs, rules, actions, outcomes)

5+ years of hands‑on experience in Revenue Cycle Management
Proven process mapping and improvement skills
Comfort operating in ambiguity and fast‑changing environments

Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.
Candidates may travel to Austin during the first year; however, relocation to Texas is required.
