Requirements
- Communicates painting projects to provide estimated times and material quantities required
- Ability to use hand and power tools applicable to trade.
- Ability to select, mix, and apply surface coatings which successfully match and/or restore interior or exterior surfaces.
- Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures.
- Ability to estimate basic project times and material quantity requirements.
- Requires heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects up to 50 pounds.
- Must be capable of climbing and working from ladders up to 36 feet.
