About the role
- Growth hiring will be a core focus, including roles across Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, from sourcing to close
- Build and manage strong pipelines of high-quality GTM and Growth candidates
- Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role needs and scorecards
- Contribute to scalable processes, systems, and reporting to support hiring at scale
- Help build our employer brand across LinkedIn, events, and referrals
- Ability to own roles end-to-end with minimal oversight

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on GTM and Growth roles
- Experience recruiting for roles like Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and Customer Success
