About the role
- Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity with a growing company?
- The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused.
- Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!
Requirements
- Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
- Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
- Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
- As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
- Reliable transportation is a MUST!
- Availability to work on-call rotation.
- Compensation and Benefits
- $25-$27/hour DOE
- Monthly bonuses
- Company profit sharing
- Accrues 10 days Paid time off per year
