About the role
- Work with chemicals used in the wastewater treatment process
- Work alongside other technicians for repairs to ensure safety and quality.
- Maintaining poise, professionalism and working independently without supervision.
Responsibilities
- The Maintenance technician's primary responsibility is to perform general maintenance repairs, wastewater treatment duties and support technicians as needed.
- The position will also perform all duties related to our recycling initiative.
- Building repairs and maintenance
Nice to have
- Forklift Certified.
- Proficient at operating a forklift
- Basic plumbing and carpentry.
- Basic electrical a plus
- Ability to interact with employees of all levels and backgrounds.
- Lifting of up to 50 lbs. and manipulating bulky material
- Strong Electronic, PLC, controls and Electrical skills required.
- Must have good manual dexterity, the ability to use various hand tools, ability to climb and work at elevated heights, exert considerable physical effort, bend, lift, stoop, climb.
