Director of Operations will be responsible for project scope, schedule, and budget and will act as the Project Executive for large, critical clients.

Team Building and Leadership: Recruit, hire, and develop an operations team capable of scaling with future mission-critical infrastructure projects
Organizational Support: Work cross-functionally with our Endeavour groups to support processes around project financial management, document control, client management, and other needs.
Technical Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of critical infrastructure, project management, and construction practices to oversee complex infrastructure build-outs and resource allocation.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
10+ years of experience in industrial operations or construction leadership
Experience in mission-critical environments is required
Proven track record of leading project development and execution, including leading large scale execution teams.
Strong knowledge of project management, construction management, critical infrastructure, and mission-critical project needs.
