About the role
- Work in a team classroom environment to supervise, teacher, nurture and care for preschool children ages 31 months- approximately 4 years old.
- Assist the head teacher in planning and implementing of daily activities and child management.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with parents to promote their child's development Encourage parent participation in program activities Communicate with parents about their child's day (verbal or written) and at periodically scheduled conferences Demonstrate acceptance of varying parenting styles Plan and participate in special activities designed to promote family involvement with the Center 3.
