Position Overview Woolpert is hiring a Client Software Trainer.

Works closely with the Business Analyst to develop, plan, and prepare training content.
Maintains records for training programs, including evaluations and LMS records.
Maintains client engagement during training (e., using visual aids, able to recognize when a group or individual is lost and needs more attention)
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment; offer constructive feedback and direction to support goals.

2+ years of experience in Training, instructional design, communications, or a related bachelor's degree
Prior training, teaching, or presentation experience
Experience training users in MobileAssessor, CAMACloud Suite or CAMA preferred.
Excellent communication, listening, training, and presentation skills in a dynamic environment.
A coachable attitude with an ability to learn quickly and master/teach new training concepts.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and/or other instructional design and development applications.
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
Comfortable talking in front of a group as well as one-on-one with an individual
