Key contributor in internal client leadership meetings and advising on HR implications.
Provide coaching to executives and managers to maximize their effectiveness in leading change.
Assess and provide input on Leadership Development and department training needs in conjunction with Director of Talent and OD.
Facilitate the company's performance management process
Monitor trends/best practices, both internally and externally and make recommendations towards implementation or improvement.
Provide ongoing feedback, holding self and others accountable for results
Minimum of 10 to 15 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
