Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the retail automotive industry (for example, car sales, sales BDC department, dealership receptionist, service BDC department, etc).
Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software to manage leads and customer interactions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone, email, and online chat.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
High level of motivation and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences for customers.
