About the role

  • In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Responsibilities

  • Open and manage work orders, service requests, quotes, and repair plans
  • Maintain detailed service records and documentation within business systems
  • Collaborate with technicians, Service Supervisors, and Team Leads to support efficient service operations
  • Ability to create and manage complex work orders, quotes, and repair plans

Requirements

  • Process warranty claims and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately
  • Manage warranty claims and documentation, including verifying eligibility, submitting required paperwork, and tracking claim status through resolution.
  • Working knowledge of warranty processes and claim administration
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Financial acumen and the ability to explain service charges and repair recommendations
  • Technical trade school/ vocational diploma or certification or equivalent experience required.

Nice to have

  • Experience using service management systems and electronic service tools preferred
