About the role
- Location: San Francisco (in-person, in-office, full-time ONLY)
- Compensation: $150k–$250K base + $25K-$50K cash bonus + top of market equity

- Drive follow-through on priorities, decisions, and high-impact initiatives
- Prepare briefs, dashboards, notes, and context to support leadership decisions
- Lead cross-functional projects from idea through execution
- Create structure and momentum where priorities are unclear

- Act as a direct extension of the CEO across GTM, operations, and internal execution
- Drive follow-through on priorities, decisions, and high-impact initiatives
- Coordinate execution across sales, marketing, customer success, recruiting, and operations
- Company-wide annual off-site
