About the role
- Senior Training Instructor, Mechanical Maintenance for Davis-Besse Nuclear Training Department.
- Gather and present supporting training data for the Program/Curriculum Review Committee's
- Identify training program problems to management for resolution.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and support Program and/or Curriculum Review Committee meetings
- Develop meeting agenda's based on training program requirements
- Develop and implement resolutions to complex nuclear training program corrective actions and improvement items.
- Maintain training program documentation consistent with nuclear industry training requirements.
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED with 6 years instructional or applicable department experience
- Strong work ethic focused on timely completion of assigned work, procedure compliance, and leadership
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical competence
