  • Lead Site Quality Strategy
  • Drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the plant quality system to ensure alignment with business objectives, customer expectations, and operational excellence goals.
  • Develop High-Performing Teams
  • Lead, coach, and develop Quality Engineers, Calibration, and Metrology teams to build organizational capability and create a strong culture of quality.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement
  • Lead initiatives focused on Right First Time (RFT), Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), and other key quality metrics to enhance plant performance and achieve operational goals.
  • Support New Product & Technology Deployment
  • Maintain compliance with IATF standards, customer-specific requirements, APQP, PPAP, and other quality management system requirements through effective assessments and audits.
  • Drive Strategic Change & Sustainability
  • Lead Through Influence & Accountability

Nice to have

  • Significant relevant work experience required.
  • Preferably 5-7 years' experience in Manufacturing, Engineering or Program Management role in the automotive industry or a similarly regulated industry.
  • Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience preferred.
