Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve sanitation procedures for plant housekeeping, equipment, and parts cleaning while ensuring compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements.
- Lead sanitation scheduling, audits, employee training, and contractor coordination to maintain a clean, safe, and audit-ready manufacturing environment.
- Partner with Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams to integrate sanitation into the facility's Food Safety and Quality Management Systems, including HACCP initiatives.
- Manage sanitation supply inventories, monitor GMP compliance, and drive corrective actions to improve sanitation performance and operational excellence.
- Strong communication, planning, organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Requirements
- /Requirements Required Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related scientific field.
- Experience leading change initiatives and proficiency with manufacturing systems and technology.
- Experience with ISO and HACCP implementation or management.

Nice to have
- Preferred Food Safety Certification and experience with Global Food Safety standards.
