About the role
- This is Rippling's first-of-its-kind hybrid TAC role, combining IT expertise as the primary skill set with Platform reporting and data capabilities as the secondary skill set.
Responsibilities
- The Technical Account Consultant (TAC) is responsible for helping both internal and external stakeholders drive value through Rippling's IT products and features.
Requirements
- Familiarity with other IT products such as Google, Azure, and Okta.
- This role requires a strong understanding of the below: MDM, Identity Management solutions, or other IT-related solutions.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with admin consoles of email providers and business applications (Google, M365, Slack, Zoom, etc.) Secondary Skill Set, preferred but not required (Platform -
Compensation
- This role will receive a competitive salary + variable + benefits + equity.
- The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with one of the ranges below based on location; see which tier applies to your location here.
- In addition to the compensation below, this role is eligible for a 10% variable, paid annually.
