About the role

This is Rippling's first-of-its-kind hybrid TAC role, combining IT expertise as the primary skill set with Platform reporting and data capabilities as the secondary skill set.

Responsibilities

The Technical Account Consultant (TAC) is responsible for helping both internal and external stakeholders drive value through Rippling's IT products and features.

Requirements

Familiarity with other IT products such as Google, Azure, and Okta.
This role requires a strong understanding of the below: MDM, Identity Management solutions, or other IT-related solutions.

Nice to have

Familiarity with admin consoles of email providers and business applications (Google, M365, Slack, Zoom, etc.) Secondary Skill Set, preferred but not required (Platform -

Compensation

This role will receive a competitive salary + variable + benefits + equity.
The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with one of the ranges below based on location; see which tier applies to your location here.
In addition to the compensation below, this role is eligible for a 10% variable, paid annually.
