Responsibilities
- Maintain participant records, track outcomes, and support grant reporting requirements.
- Support program communications, scheduling, and participant follow-up.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for students and external partners.
- Support participants in identifying career pathways, certifications, and employment opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers and workforce partners.
- Support employer outreach and hiring events.
- Support delivery of workforce and technical training activities.
- Assist with development of student-facing materials related to building science, energy efficiency, and weatherization.
- Collaborate with instructors and partners to align training with industry needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce development, career services, program coordination, employer engagement, or job placement.
- Experience supporting participants through career readiness and employment processes.
- Experience tracking participant data and supporting reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Workforce Development, Education, Human Resources, Counseling, Business Administration, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with building science, energy efficiency, sustainability, or weatherization.
- Knowledge of industry certifications such as BPI Building Science Principles (BSP) or OSHA 30.

- Experience working with diverse and underserved populations.
- Experience building employer and community partnerships.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
Compensation
- $70,000 - $80,000
