Responsibilities
- Partners with the Outbound Manager in directing all distribution activities including shipping and routing and administrative tasks to ensure company requirements are met.
- Gathers feedback regarding the customer expectations, makes recommendations to the Outbound Manager, and implements appropriate changes to continually improve the customer's experience.
- Works with internal partners (Sales, Regulatory and Quality Affairs) regarding orders shipped.
- Provides daily status updates to the Outbound Manager to review prior day's performance and to develop action plan for current day.

Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse or production environment
- Minimum three years of experience in a leadership role in a warehouse or production environment.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft and computer skills
- Experience and knowledge in distribution processes (receiving, shipping and inventory control) required.
- The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- Ability to lift and transport 30 pounds on a regular basis and up to 50-70 pounds on an occasional basis.
- Must be able to stand and/or walk on concrete for the duration of the shift and complete tasks that include bending, stooping, and reaching.
Nice to have
- Green belt or equivalent in Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma preferred.
Compensation
- $50k-$70k
