  • A diploma from an accredited phlebotomy training institute OR one year phlebotomy experience.

Requirements

  • 1 year experience in a high-volume phlebotomy environment
  • You are required to be familiar with test names and abbreviations and cross-referencing tests to specimen types.
  • You will also be required to follow strict principles of asepsis and antisepsis and use your leadership skills to help train new associates or students.

Nice to have

  • Professional registration preferred [i.e., PBT(ASCP)]
