About the role
- CoreWeave is seeking a Finance Manager, Data Centers, to strengthen the Data Center Finance team's planning and analytical capabilities.
- This is a hands-on, individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager of Data Center Finance.
- Planning Cycles & Executive Analysis: Execute monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range planning cycles, including forecast updates, variance analysis, and scenario modeling, and translate results into actionable insights and executive-ready narratives.
Responsibilities
- The Data Center Finance team within FP&A partners across Finance, Data Center Operations, Capacity Planning, Power & Sustainability, Real Estate, and Sales to guide operating forecasts, performance management, and cost decisions across CoreWeave's rapidly expanding data center footprint.
- Independently own complex workstreams and work directly in models, reporting, and underlying data while strengthening cost controls and performance tracking.
- Financial Reporting: Deliver accurate, timely financial reports and presentations for executive reviews, ensure strict compliance with financial policies, and use reporting to drive proactive decisions.
- Build and implement automation and process improvements for recurring planning, forecasting, reporting, and data workflows.
- You communicate clearly and build trust with cross-functional and executive stakeholders.

Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, asset management, or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience building and maintaining complex financial and operational models, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to work directly with detailed data.
- Knowledge of data center finance topics, including energy market dynamics, leasing structures, and cost-optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with facilities engineering or critical-facility operations, including the repair and maintenance cost drivers associated with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) infrastructure.
- Experience with NetSuite.
