Advises management regarding the planning, organization, and implementation of safety services to prevent or minimize the loss of life and property by accident, disaster, and emergency medical conditions.

Performs risk analysis and evaluates the FFBH's property and liability exposure.
Maintains an up-to-date Insurance Policy Manual and assembles and disseminates information and reports pertaining to insurance and safety Operations.
Establishes and maintains loss prevention and control measures in accordance with safety policies and maintains loss experience records.

Minimum 3 years of experience in an insurance environment with special focus on property and casualty, sales or underwriting experience required.

Associate Risk Manager (ARM) or Certified Property/Casualty Underwriter (CPU) certification preferred.

Manages the organization's risk management and loss prevention operations and formulates and suggests program policies and procedures.
