This role is not a remote opportunity, it is on-site at our Manufacturing Plant in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Proactively perform all condition based and preventive maintenance work to OEM standards.
Analyze line performance data and provide line improvement support based on findings and analysis.
Document all work order information within Computer Maintenance Management System per best practices.
Actively participate in Plant Initiatives and Improvement teams Support technical training to Operators and specific training to allow them to perform basic maintenance tasks.
Serve as a role model to drive a positive culture and exemplify established values.
Multi-skilled individual with primary responsibility to maintain equipment in a proactive manner.
Perform all preventative maintenance as scheduled and continuously review and improve PM systems to drive down performance losses and increase equipment reliability.

Must have two -year technical degree in an Industrial Maintenance field with 2-3 years of mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to be self-managed, scheduling and performing work unsupervised, reliable, motivated, dedicated, and committed.
Must be able to work extended hours, such as daily overtime and an occasional weekend Must possess visual acuity to document company records Continuous walking throughout plant and distribution center.
