Responsibilities
- Develop skills to Mentor less senior software developers on development methodologies and optimization techniques
- Successfully implement development processes, coding best practices and code reviews.
Requirements
- Knowledge of continuous Software delivery.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Proficiency with data manipulation language including optimization techniques
- Knowledge of multiple data storage subsystems
- Ability to interface competently with other technical personnel or team members to finalize requirements
- Ability to work well with internal and external technology resources
- Knowledge of test-driven development
- Ability to write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of complex system components
Skills
- Write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of complex system components.
- Will be entrusted with mentoring other to continuous integration, delivery, and deployment software delivery practices.
- Operate in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders.
- Resolve complex intermediate technical issues as necessary.
Compensation
- $86,600 - $144,400.
- Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.If performed in Maryland, the base pay range is $90,900 - $151,700.If performed in New Jersey, the base pay range is $97,867 - $156,333.This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
