Develop skills to Mentor less senior software developers on development methodologies and optimization techniques
Successfully implement development processes, coding best practices and code reviews.

Knowledge of continuous Software delivery.
Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Proficiency with data manipulation language including optimization techniques
Knowledge of multiple data storage subsystems
Ability to interface competently with other technical personnel or team members to finalize requirements
Ability to work well with internal and external technology resources
Knowledge of test-driven development
Ability to write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of complex system components

Write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of complex system components.
Will be entrusted with mentoring other to continuous integration, delivery, and deployment software delivery practices.
Operate in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders.
Resolve complex intermediate technical issues as necessary.

$86,600 - $144,400.
Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.If performed in Maryland, the base pay range is $90,900 - $151,700.If performed in New Jersey, the base pay range is $97,867 - $156,333.This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
