Responsibilities
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to generate new trust and wealth management business.
- Build and strengthen relationships with high-net-worth clients, referral partners, and centers of influence.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with internal partners to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
- Manage assigned trust and fiduciary accounts, including account reviews, cash flow coordination, and client documentation.
- Review estate planning documents and trust agreements to ensure accurate administration and compliance.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and track business development activity through Salesforce.
- Proven success developing new business and achieving sales goals within a team-oriented environment.
- Experience partnering across banking and wealth management business lines to deliver integrated client solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience managing high-level client relationships within financial services or investment management.
- 10+ years of experience in personal trust, fiduciary administration, estate planning and wealth management sales.
- Strong understanding of estate planning, financial planning, taxes, and discretionary asset management.
