About the role
- Markley is looking to add a highly skilled licensed plumber to the team.
- The plumber will be responsible for installations, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC, water, gas, and drainage systems at our residential and commercial buildings.
- Additional responsibilities include diagnosing issues, reading blueprints, adhering to local codes, and ensuring safety.
Requirements
- Ability to operate MEWPs. (Scissor lifts, Boom lifts)
- 5-7 years of commercial/residential painting experience
- Familiarity with BMS
- Must be prepared to work with a wide range of people, from team members, laborers, sub-contractors,
