- Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP and its subsidiary entities provide tax and business advisory services to their clients.
Responsibilities
- You want to grow professionally and develop your client service and technical accounting skills to build a career with endless opportunities now, for tomorrow.
- Review and perform substantive testing on client's balance sheets and income statements.
- Play an active role in discussions with the Manager and Partner relative to business recommendations resulting from testing performed and information gathered.
- Support the growth and development of team members through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy, helping associates meet their professional goals.
Requirements
- Successful candidates will have:
- Demonstrated skills in the areas of time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving
- The pay rate ranges for this position is $98,000 to $128,690. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant's skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.

Nice to have
- 4-year degree required
- CPA preferred or actively pursuing completion of exam (must be eligible to sit for the CPA exam)
- Three (3) years of experience required providing audit/assurance work to clients
- Prefer experience with technology, communications, or life sciences
- Strong leadership, project management, organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability
- Microsoft Suite skills
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred
