About the role

  • We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager with experience in managing campaigns on Google Search, YouTube, TikTok, and/or Meta as well as a quantitative background leveraging Statistics and AI.
  • It will focus on optimizing and scaling our digital advertising presence in all regions, managing multiple accounts.
  • The role can be based out of NYC, SF, or Remote.

  • Develop and continually expand or refine targeting/copy/assets based on performance
  • Lead performance marketing channels, including but not limited to Search, Shopping, YouTube, and TikTok while collaborating cross-functionally on Meta, Affiliate, lifecycle, and influencers.
  • Build new growth and automation systems using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, n8n, and similar) to eliminate manual work and increase marketing efficiency
  • Analyze campaign performance, evaluate and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs), and work closely with the performance and data team to consolidate learnings and continuously optimize campaigns for greater efficiency.
  • Experience building automation and tools with AI such as Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, n8n, Cursor, etc. for Marketing and analytics applications

Requirements

  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, Mode, Hex, Tableau, SQL, Amplitude, Google Search Console, keyword planner)
  • International awareness, with knowledge of diverse cultures
  • Pay grows rapidly as you accumulate experience with Eight Sleep and translate it into concrete impact.

Compensation

  • 3+ years of experience with at least two of Google, YouTube, Meta, and TikTok Ads with proven success working on campaigns for direct-to-consumer brands, with budgets above $1M per year
