Responsibilities
- Write World-Class Spiritual Content: Craft theologically grounded, narratively driven meditations, reflections, and guided prayers that help lead our users into a transformative encounter with God.
- Drive Production: Own the creative direction of projects end-to-end - from ideation and talent sourcing to recording sessions and final audio direction - ensuring every script translates beautifully from page to recording.
- Build Creative Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with external collaborators whose voices and perspectives can deepen our content and expand what's possible on the platform.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing, product, and design to communicate each piece's core promise and guide how we bring it to our users.

Requirements
- You know the difference between devotional and catechetical writing, and you can do both.
- You have a finger on the pulse of what people are watching, reading, and talking about, bringing that cultural awareness to content that connects faith to everyday life.
Nice to have
- A degree in theology, English, creative writing, or a related field, plus at least 3 years of professional writing experience and a portfolio that demonstrates spiritual depth and narrative craft.
Compensation
- Compensation Range $75,000-$110,000 USD per year The above range only includes cash compensation.
- The above range for cash compensation refers to base salary.
