About the role
- In this position, you will be responsible for leading the charge on Madhappy's physical presence through our retail pop-up.
- This role will report directly to this location's store manager.
- Born in Los Angeles, 2017, the brand has built itself around an optimistic ideology, expressed through apparel, events, and experimental retail spaces around the world.
Responsibilities
- Learn and develop a true understanding of the Madhappy brand and customer base
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and lead others while holding them accountable for results
Requirements
- 2+ years of previous retail management or supervisor experience
- Must have open availability for term of pop-up
- Proven comfort in fast-paced experience is necessary
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to work cross functionally with all levels and teams
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Shopify preferred
