About the role
- The EHS Specialist serves as the sole Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) resource for the facility, responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment.

Requirements
- A minimum of (5) years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of EHS regulations and compliance requirements, including OSHA, EPA, and applicable local, state, regional, and national regulations.
- Knowledge of incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes.
- Familiarity with equipment introduction and validation processes (e.g., FAT, SAT, PSSR, user requirements).
- Knowledge of EHS recordkeeping and documentation requirements.
- Understanding of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
