  • This role ensures the facility is functional, efficient, and well-maintained, and that all incoming and outgoing materials are handled accurately and on time.
  • The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and comfortable balancing facilities tasks with logistics duties.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, including plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Execute and manage technically complex projects with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance areas in clean, safe working condition.
  • Support compliance with OSHA, fire code, and internal safety policies.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of general maintenance procedures and basic proficiency in plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures.
  • Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, and climb for extended periods
  • ability to lift 50+ lbs.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or Facilities Management, a plus but not required.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using a wide range of hand and power tools.
  • Ability to perform and manage technically complex projects using independent judgment and initiative.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

In addition to salary, we offer an annual bonus and equity in the company.
