About the role

Sales & Service: o Provide exceptional member service to all Members, volunteers, internal employees, and service providers. o Explain products and services to Members to meet their needs.

Transactions: o Complete Members' transactions accurately and efficiently using established policies and procedures. o Balance cash, checks, and maintain proper documentation.
Teamwork and Other Functions: o Attend and contribute to departmental meetings. o Perform branch opening and closing duties. o Perform other duties as assigned. o Complete orders for Credit Union forms and supplies. o Participate in Credit Union committees.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to count and balance cash.
Ability to effectively cross-sell products and services using a needs-based sales approach.
Ability to work a rotating schedule which will include working on rotating Saturdays.
Ability to learn new products, services, procedures, technology and concepts.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Knowledge of basic math principles.
Knowledge of basic financial institution products and services.
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, sit, walk, twist and turn.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

base starting range $23.00 to $29.00 per hour commensurate with experience.
Our base salary starting range is based on scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal peer equity.
