About the role
- We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and enhance the cloud and automation platforms that power Broadridge products and services.
- In this role, you will work closely with development teams to understand their needs, deliver innovative solutions, and drive highly secure, scalable, and resilient DevOps capabilities across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve the DevOps platform supporting Broadridge product and service delivery.
- Collaborate with development teams to gather requirements, ideate, and translate solutions into secure and scalable implementations.
- Develop automation frameworks and scripts to streamline CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, and deployments.
- Drive best practices in enterprise software delivery, including configuration management, release processes, and observability.
- Support global-scale systems leveraging modern networking, distributed architectures, containers, and microservices.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration, security compliance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- 5-8 years' experience DevOps toolsets Terraform, Jenkins, Chef, Docker, JF
- Proven experience in the administration of Jenkins, GitLab, JFrog, and Chef (e.g., user management, backups, upgrades, Architecture)
- Skilled in DevOps toolsets including Terraform, Jenkins, Chef, Docker, JFrog (Kubernetes proficiency highly beneficial).
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), configuration management, and monitoring practices.
- Proficiency with scripting/programming languages such as Python, GoLang, or Shell.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
Nice to have
- Cloud/DevOps certifications (e.g., AWS DevOps Engineer, CKA, Terraform Associate).
- Hands-on experience across multiple cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Compensation
- CAD $100,000 - $120,000.
- Compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location
