About the role
- The Compounder II is responsible for manufacturing product batches according to formula procedures.
- Compounders operate processing equipment and follow GMPs and procedures in all phases of work, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Schedules available: 1st shift Monday-Friday 6:00 am - 3:00pm.

- Maintain efficient Compounding operations by solving process problems and adjusting equipment, when necessary.
Requirements
- Overtime may be required for this position Responsibilities and Essential Duties Manufactures product batches (i.e., reverse emulsion, scrubs, washes, etc.) according to formula procedures with proper supervision.
- Perform other related duties or projects as required.
- Technical Skills Required Ability to contribute to a productive and cooperative atmosphere, show commitment to team objectives, handle day-to-day work challenges, and manage multiple tasks at one time.
Skills
- Experience Required High school education or GED equivalent.
- Previous work in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 2 years batch blending experience.
