About the role

  • The paralegals primarily handle personal injury defense matters with approximately 80% of their caseload being auto in nature.
  • Responsible for calculating statutory deadlines and completing assignments in compliance with same.
  • Legal research via electronic resources and in law libraries on a variety of legal issues involving civil procedure and personal injury.

Compensation

  • The starting pay range for this position across all the states we hire in is $32.76-$43.66.
