About the role
- This specialized role focuses exclusively on recruiting, screening, and hiring caregivers, LPNs, and CNAs to meet our growing staffing needs.
- This is not a traditional recruiting role, it requires creativity, persistence, and a passion for connecting with candidates where they are.
- Job Location: Remote, but preferably near Kansas City, MO
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial contact through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for immediate and future needs
- Develop creative marketing materials and strategies to attract local talent
- Engage with diverse communities to build inclusive candidate pipelines
- Expertly utilize Greenhouse ATS to manage candidate flow, track metrics, and maintain data integrity
- Optimize ATS workflows to improve efficiency and candidate experience
- Collaborate with HR team on Paylocity onboarding transitions
Requirements
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding hiring goals in fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of HR onboarding processes and compliance requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to connect with diverse candidates
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful recruiting events
- Proficiency with social media recruiting and digital marketing tools
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Kansas City, Missouri communities and demographics
- Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred)
- Background in community outreach or grassroots marketing
- Preferred 2-year degree
- Understanding of caregiver, LPN, and CNA roles and requirements

Compensation
- $45,000- $60,000, depending on experience
