About the role

We are looking for a seasoned and proactive Senior CAS Associate to join our growing Client Accounting Services (CAS) team in our Tupelo office.
You will also play a key leadership role by reviewing the work of team members and supporting their development, all while maintaining strong, professional relationships with clients.

As a Senior CAS Associate, you will: Manage monthly and quarterly close processes for assigned clients, ensuring financial information is accurate, complete, and delivered on schedule.
Perform complex account reconciliations, including bank, credit card, and payroll accounts, and investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Support client onboarding activities by assisting with the setup of new accounting systems, chart of accounts, and the transition of historical financial data.
Utilize advanced accounting tools and technology, including QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel, to support efficient workflows, accurate reporting, and client deliverables.
Manage monthly and quarterly close processes for assigned clients, ensuring financial information is accurate, complete, and delivered on schedule.

Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
3-5 years of public accounting experience.
Prior experience in Client Accounting Services (CAS) or outsourced accounting environments.

$65,000 - $75,000 annually.
Final offer based on experience, skills, and licensure.
