Requirements
- Able to perform metal working techniques (grinding
- welding) and alignment methods to efficiently deliver a consistent level of quality.

- Practice tool management by properly using and caring for tools and equipment.
- Attend any required training classes.
- Abide by company policies, work procedures, guidelines, and job site analysis.
- Read drawings to complete rebuild jobs.
- Preferred is 5 years of experience performing mechanical construction or mechanical repairs of industrial process equipment.
- Capable of using a computer and software systems (MS-Office, MS-Project, Adobe and similar).
- Willingness to travel and work with a team of professionals.
