Eligible after 1 year of service, must be taken within the calendar year.

One (1) year experience as a Construction Laborer preferred.
OSHA-30 or OSHA-10 Construction Industry Safety Certification preferred.
Previous experience with underground utilities preferred.
Valid state driver's license and qualified to operate a vehicle under the conditions of the Company's Driving Policy preferred.

May work weekends and holidays, as required by the project needs.

All around knowledge of materials, terms, and practices in the construction field.
Knowledge of OSHA Construction Industry Safety Regulations.
Ability to work proficiently with hand and power tools.
Ability to safely utilize tools and equipment in the performance of duties.
Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues, both logical and interpersonal.
Ability to actively listen and follow instructions.
Ability to work productively under pressure and to pay attention to the details of a project or task.
Strong self-motivation and work ethic; ability to work with or without direct supervision.
Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
Ability to adapt to change in the workplace.
Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety.
Ability to operate man-lift and material handling equipment (fork-lift and/or skid steer).
